I’m working on a project, and I’m wondering if there is a law, copyright, or any other restriction from me using a song lyric as a business slogan.
Unless you contact the owner of that Copy-write and get his permission, then it is highly illegal and punishable by Federal law along with up to 5 years in prison and/or $250,000 fine!

I wouldn’t recommend it. You could get fined. You could, however change the lyrics of the song and use it there.
