What is a particular song (lyrics in English) by rock musicians who have used the sitar in their music?

I enjoy the sitar’s sound soo much i can;t seem to get enough of it yet at the same time, i cant quite hold the same interest for full fledged hindi music probably since the language barrier is so thick, i am not sure. Anyhow, I am seeking music figuratively in the middle of western and eastern music. Any suggestions?
